To empower and inspire youngsters from poor and marginalized families in high-barrier geographies to access pedagogy and pursue careers of their selection. Students in grades 8 - 10 – 12 are guided to identify their academic interests, and skills of choice. They are informed about available internships, Government Schemes, Scholarships, career opportunities, and placement services. Youth are supported in acquiring essential life skills so that they will be in a position to take key decisions. Since career choices are generally dependent on academic achievements, students are motivated to improve their academic performance.
A crucial part of the project is collaboration with varied government departments, universities and faculties that give scholarships and placement services. Program It is a comprehensive, developmental programs designed to assist individuals in making and implementing informed educational and occupational choices. A career guidance and counseling program develops an individual's competencies in self-knowledge, educational and occupational exploration, and career planning.
